OleBella Return and Exchange Policies

At OleBella , we have a commitment to high quality products and their authenticity. We guarantee that all products in our store are original and authentic. We take pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value in name brands perfume, cologne, cosmetics and related products.

Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority! We understand that certain circumstances can lead you to reevaluate the purchase decision. OleBella will gladly accept the return or exchange for new, unused, unsprayed, unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise within the terms outlined below.

If you wish to return or exchange a product for any acceptable reason, OleBella has set guidelines in place, provided you fill out the form and submit it within the allowable duration of time.

The basis for approval will be evaluated in the following conditions:

1. You must contact us within 24-48 hours of receipt of merchandise for us to initiate the return process according to our outlined policy.

2. Ordered Item(s) need to be returned for refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. Absolutely no returns will be accepted for any reason later than 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. This date will be determined when the package is listed as "delivered" by the shipping service provider. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging, fragrance cellophane dust cover, tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Shoes must be in the original box & box may not be used as the shipping box. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned. As lingerie and swimwear are delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. Once the tags are removed, the merchandise is yours (NO EXCEPTIONS). Any incomplete sets will not be processed as a return.

3. All sales are final on the following items: panties, hosiery, gifts, pasties, eye lashes, Christmas costumes and accessories (NO EXCEPTIONS).

4. All sales and clearance are final on beauty products such skincare, make-up and fragrance. Due to health regulations any return or exchange will be accepted for any type of beauty products (NO EXCEPTIONS).

5. In order to return the merchandise, you must obtain an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number) and Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label from OleBella Store. In addition to the RMA number all returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip and all original components. When calling or emailing our customer service team, please have your order number available to allow us to better serve you.

6. For refund, credit, exchange or final return, product should be unopened, unused, unsprayed, undamaged, and returned back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. The item should still be in resellable condition, and its original tags should still be attached (if any).

Return Policy - Specific Guidelines and Restrictions:

1.RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):

Please note that we cannot accept returns that are sent back to us without prior approval.

2. Store Credits:

Enjoy hassle-free returns when returning for store credit. When opting for store credit, eligible items will not be assessed the 15 % Restocking Fees. Shipping & Handling, Return Shipping, Parcel Insurance and Gift-Wrapping Fees are non-refundable and not creditable. The web store credit will be applied to the user account for future use. Store credit will be issued through OleBella Gift Card that can be used on any future transaction. The OleBella Credit never expires and is valid to use site wide.

3. Refunds:

 When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased.

A 15% Restocking Fee, Shipping/Handling and Parcel Insurance Fees will be assessed on all returned merchandise when opting for a refund of the original form of payment. The Restocking Fee, /Handling and Parcel Insurance Fees will be waived if the return is due to Company error or product defect. If the order was honored with Free Shipping and Free Parcel Insurance, its cost will be deducted on returned item.

There will be a 30% restocking fee on all open items.

An item received with the original packaging damaged or taken out of its plastic wrap will be charged a 50% restocking fee because it cannot be sold as new any longer but as unboxed and a clearance item loosing significantly its value.

Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a RussianBeautyStore.com error will be charged up to 50% the item's price.

Used Items are not accepted for refund. Refund Claim will be not accepted for returned items in used and damaged condition. All received used items are not allowed for sale and will be destroyed.

Note: Tax on restocking fees may apply to return items that were shipped and sold by RussianBeautyStore.com in CA. Some products have additional conditions that may apply. For more information, go to About Our Return Policies.

Refunds' Terms:

Allow 7-10 business working days for your refund to post to your account.

Some refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear in your statement, depending on the banking institution.

Refunds can only be credited back to the same payment method used on the original order.

Used Items are not accepted for return. No refund for used items.

CODs are not accepted for returned merchandise. OleBella does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. However, OleBella to facilitate and speed merchandise return, can provide Pre-Paid Shipping Label with Parcel Insurance included, which cost will be deducted from customer's refund.

Original Shipping/ Handling and Gift-Wrapping fees are fully reimbursed if an error was due to a product defect or Company error.

Free Shipping and Parcel Insurance are deductible when the merchandise is returned for refund.

Exchange Policy:

Free of charge exchanges are accepted only due to Store error or manufacturer's product defect.

Exchanges requested by customers due personal decision and that are not due Store error or product's defect can be fulfilled only under new placed order where 20 % restocking fees will be waived but subject to Shipping/ Handling and Parcel Insurance Fees Charge. Shipping/ Handling, Return Shipping, Redelivery and Parcel Insurance Fees due to customer's personal decision or error are not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE:

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for Returns or Exchanges.

Any Return or Exchange received without prior notification will be shipped back at your expense.

If a package is returned to us as "unclaimed" or "undeliverable" by the shipping service provider, you will be charged the cost of re-shipment.

OleBella will not be responsible if the merchandise you ship back to us is lost in the mail. We strongly recommend that you use certified or insured mail, with a tracking number or delivery confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.

Return Reasons:

Customer's Purchase Reconsideration:

We cannot process a return claim for any reconsideration of purchase once the package is in transit with the carrier. Most item(s) may be returned for a refund within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and accompanied by an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must contact us within 24-48 hours of receipt of merchandise to initiate the return process according to our outlined policy.

"Changing your mind"

We taking very seriously the shipping and handling care of your purchased item, invested time in dispatching your order . "Changing your mind," when the dispatched product is already in transit, it is not a valid reason for a return. However, when returning an item because you've 'changed your mind', OleBella is NOT obligated to refund your original shipping cost or your return shipping fee. OleBella reserves the right to only give back the original item price purchased, minus the shipping fees, discounts, applicable gifts, and a 15% restocking fee.

Some items cannot be returned for refunds or store credits:

  • Fragrances & All products containing alcohol which are considered hazardous material, 
  • Health & Wellness Products
  • Used Beauty Products - sprayed or used fragrances, cosmetics and skincare items, etc.
  • Fashion Accessories – These products may not be returned.
  • Apparel - we cannot offer a return or exchange on any used, worn, washed, defective clothes, and intimate apparel such as lingerie, underwear due to health and hygiene reasons. An item is considered intimate apparel if any portion of the product comes in contact with the genital area.
  • Electric Hair Tools & Appliances – Most tools/appliances have product warranty available through the manufacturer. Product(s) must be registered directly through the manufacturer within the specified timeframe that is provided in our product details page of the item. Certain product(s) may not have a product warranty available due to manufacturer relationship status.
  • Open & Sprayed Fragrances-Please note, we do not accept returns for sprayed or used fragrances, cosmetics and skincare items, used lingerie and clothes, used tarnished jewelry due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.

Cancelling or Canceled Orders:

Canceled Orders are eligible ONLY for full refund, including Shipping/ Handling and Parcel Insurance, when the orders are cancelled ONLY prior to their shipping or prior leaving our warehouse. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once the package is in transit with the carrier.

No Exchanges: We do not allow merchandise exchanges at this time. All exchanges are processed under new orders. Please contact our Customer Service department should you require assistance with processing a return.

Free Shipping Offers: For 'free shipping' packages, shipping cost will be assessed and deducted from final reimbursement of refunds and store credits. Any shipping cost that you incur to return the product will not be refunded unless it is a Company error. Non-refundable shipping applies to both domestic and international shipping.

Undelivered, Unclaimed, Refused, or Returned Packages: A 15% restocking fee and a Return Shipping Fee will be assessed accordingly. Shipping & Handling, Tax, and Gift Wrapping cannot be reimbursed. • Original shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused or returned packages, unless it is a Company error. For 'free shipping' packages, shipping costs will be assessed and deducted from final reimbursement. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded unless it is a Company error. Non-refundable shipping applies to both domestic and international shipping.

Redelivery Fee & Missed Scheduled Delivery: If reshipment is requested by the Customer due to Returned to Sender, refusal of shipment or missed scheduled delivery, you will be responsible for Shipping and Handling unless it is due to Company or Carrier error.

Product Defect, Damaged, or Wrong Shipment: May be eligible for a full refund of the merchandise and Shipping/Handling if confirmed defective, damaged or wrong item is shipped. Please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery for an immediate resolution. To ensure proper processing of claim and credit for your return shipping cost, you must attach the completed RMA form with your return. All defective item(s) claims are subject to inspection and confirmation. For "defective" claims, describe the defect and indicate if you would like a replacement by commenting as such on the notes section. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If an exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a full refund back to the same payment method used on the original order.

Damaged or Missing Items: Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) should be submitted within 24-48 hours of merchandise receipt. Contact Customer Care by email or call: 1.415.532-7090, Monday-Friday 8 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary. In the event of shipping damages, we may contact the carrier.

Promotions/Gift with Purchase: If returning an item that qualified for promotional gift, please include the promotional gift with your return to receive a refund to the payment method used or a store credit. If you choose to keep the bonus gift, your credit amount will be deducted for the gift value.

Coupons: If you return an item that qualifies you for a coupon discount, your account will be adjusted accordingly based on the coupon restrictions.

My OleBella Gift Card: If you redeemed your Gift Card on a product you are returning, the amount will be returned to your account in the form of Store Credit.

Loyalty Discount: If you redeemed your Loyalty Discount on a product you are returning, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

E-Gift Certificates: E-Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable once the order has been processed.

International Return to Sender: A 30% restocking fee and any additional Shipping/ Handling will be assessed accordingly. All international shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused or returned packages, unless the Company made an error. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded unless it is a Company error. NO REFUNDS FOR RETURNED & UNCLAIMED PRODUCT IN DAMAGED CONDITION.

Returns and Shipping of Dangerous Goods: Certain items including fragrances, aerosols, some items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals) are considered as dangerous goods (Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) by the US Department of Transportation (DOT). The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. OleBella uses Standard Ground (surface) delivery method for these products. You are advised not to re-mail the contents of the parcel via the Postal Service under US DOT-SP 9275 regulations. Flammable substances contained in these packages may be mailed only by consumers (the addressee) via surface transportation in accordance with 10.13. Full responsibility rests with the mailer to comply with all postal and non-postal statutes and regulations regarding mail. Information regarding postal statutes, regulations, and mailing requirements is available from your local Postmaster and at the Postal Service's mailing standards web site at pe.usps.com

 Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Follow the instructions below to return a product to the www.olebella.com fulfillment center:

Email or call us to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA). We will email you an RMA number and instructions for the return within 24-48 hours.

Securely re-carton/package the unused item(s) you wish to return, along with any applicable free gifts, and a copy of the original packing slip using the packaging materials that came with your online purchase. You must include and fill out the approved RMA form that has been emailed or provided to you.

Write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box/envelope.

If you decide to return the package using your own shipping method, please mail the package back via ground shipping method to the address below. We highly recommend you insure your package.

Gifts with Purchase Rules to Remember

Though your bag currently prequalifies Gift(s) with Purchase, free gift(s) will be added to your final shopping bag when you reach the minimum purchase threshold at final checkout.

A minimum purchase does NOT include shipping charges, coupon discounts, or applicable sales tax. Free gift(s) cannot be exchanged.

Minimum Purchase Threshold

Minimum order total for special offers such as a gift with purchase or free shipping is calculated NET of discounts, tax and shipping.  The wholesale prices of goods offered for sale are the same as retail prices, although wholesale buyers can contact our sales department and ask for a lower price than those laid down.
