The standard period of delivery is up to 5-9 working days, but you have the option to arrange for express service at an additional cost. You are advised to provide a precise location for your address and see to it that someone is available to receive the package once delivered. OleBella.com now offers Free Domestic Standard Shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states for merchandise orders of US $250 and over (excluding taxes).     Products purchased from Russian Beauty are shipped within the 50 U.S. states, and over 200 foreign countries.

 U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most packages will arrive within 2-9 business days by Standard Ground U.S. Shipping  (not a guaranteed service).  All shipping fees include: postage fees based on carrier option, handling fees, insurance and signature confirmation cost.

OleBella.com does not ship DOT-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO or International addresses.

Dot-restricted items can be shipped only via Ground USPS, UPS, Fedex and Global Shipping Companies by Sea.

We partner with our preferred shipping providers the US Postal Service, UPS, UPS SurePost , FeDex, DHL, and other Global Shipping Companies for your convenience. The UPS SurePost services combines the reliability and consistency of UPS Ground network and final delivery typically provided by U.S. Postal Service (USPS)—delivery to customers' mailboxes. UPS WorldShip determines if UPS or the USPS completes the final mile of delivery of each shipment. UPS has arranged for all USPS package scanning and delivery statuses to be uploaded to their system. So, even if your package is delivered through USPS, the tracking information will still be available with the same UPS tracking number and through the UPS website. If you have any special shipping requirements or instructions, please note this in the comment section at checkout. Please refer to our shipping table for delivery charges and transit times. Below is a UPS Transit Time map to help you estimate delivery time for your package. Generally, orders should arrive within 2- 9 business days for Standard method. Orders shipped via Standard method will be delivered by the US Postal Service or UPS. Orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be delivered by US Postal Service. We cannot ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air to a P.O. Box address.

All packages shipped by UPS are delivered Monday – Friday only.

All packages via USPS are delivered Monday – Saturday.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless the mistake was the result of our error.

Return shipping charges may apply for refused or unclaimed packages.

Parcel’s insurance is strictly required for Domestic and International Shipping.

A signature confirmation is strictly required upon delivery for Domestic and International Shipping .

Holiday Ordering - We highly suggest that you place your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.

Our store can ship orders on the weekends or Holidays. Therefore,  you must to place an order before 12:00 P.M. Pacific Time on Saturday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.

Pre-ordered, Hard to Find Items, Out of Stock or Restocking Items, Back Ordered items, Imported Items directly from foreign suppliers can take from  2-5 weeks to be delivered.  If our store cannot fulfill your order on this type of products, you will be notified and refund will be issued

International shipments will be shipped via USPS, UPS, FeDex or DHL depending on the type of the products ordered.

 Hawaii & Alaska

For shipments to Hawaii & Alaska we offer USPS First and Priority Mail. Orders shipped to a P.O. Box and APO/FPO or U.S. territories will be delivered by US Postal Service and must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service. We cannot ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air to a P.O. Box address. Free Shipping offers do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii . We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii & Alaska.

International Shipments (We ship worldwide, select your country at checkout).

We ship to more than 30 international destinations via worldwide. Our preferred carriers are the US Postal Service, UPS, FeDex and DHL Orders shipped to Canada and Mexico will arrive by UPS Ground if it contains perfumery products or alcohol-related items. Once the package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by the foreign Customs for appropriate clearance. Your package will be delivered by the partnering local Post Office or UPS. A complete list of all the countries we ship to is shown below.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from OleBella.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to OleBella.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. OleBella.com has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you have any shipping and handling questions or comments, please contact us.

 International Shipping Surcharges May Apply: A international delivery surcharge or oversize charge may be added to certain Gift with Purchase item(s) due to special handling and shipping requirements (weight, size, etc.) in addition to the listed rates. Due to the high cost of international shipping, this surcharge needs to be paid before the order is shipped. In the unlikely event that we anticipate a surcharge or delay in your order, you will be notified via email with the additional cost.

 International Shipping for Oversized Packages: Your order can be accepted for Oversized Item with Shipping Destination to following countries such: Canada and Mexico by UPS and FeDex Ground , Costa Rica and Nicaragua by Sea Global Shipping Companies, delivering your product directly and personally to the door of your addressee. All incurred Tax and Customs Fees is buyer’s responsibility. These ordered oversized items and packages, their Tax and Customs Fees must be cleared prior to their deliveries based on weight. Please contact us to arrange your oversized item delivery to before mentioned countries.

Oversized Packages and Special Circumstances

Please be aware that additional special handling charges may be applied for oversized packages, remote location delivery or high-value orders. We will contact you if your order qualifies for any of the above, and inform you the amount of additional payment that is required. You will be given the option to make payment or cancel your order.

Products That Cannot Be Shipped Internationally

We cannot ship select brands outside the 50 US States. Select brands include: Kerstin Florian, Dermalogica, IMAN, NYX Cosmetics and Jane Iredale.

We cannot ship the following brands to Australia and Canada : Goldwell and KMS.

We cannot ship select brands to the European Union. Selected brands include: Davidoff, Joop!, Jil Sander, Nikos, J.Lo/Jennifer Lopez, Calvin Klein, Lancaster, Chloe, Marc Jacobs, Kenneth Cole, Sarah Jessica Parker "Covet", and Cerruti.

 Dangerous Goods

Perfumery products and alcohol-related items are classified as ‘dangerous goods’. Due to international postal regulations, we are unable to ship these products by Standard Airmail but these products can be shipped by Ground or Sea where these Shipping Services are available.  If you order contains these products, please select available International  shipping method. We will use UPS or Sea Global Shipping Companies to ship your package. Your package will be cleared and delivered by UPS.

Military APO/FPO and U.S. Territories

We ship to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We are not able to ship Expedited service to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses. Due to world events impacting the United States and other countries, shipments to certain military addresses may be delayed for up to 8 weeks.

Different Ship To and Bill To Addresses

OleBella.com allows you to ship to an address other than your billing address. However, we do require that you provide us with the billing address that match's your card institution's records. We recommend that you contact your card institution to update them with your approved secondary ship-to addresses. Please note that orders may be placed on hold or cancelled if we are unable to confirm the billing information with your credit card bank. If you are using an international credit card, we may require that you provide us with a signed authorization and proper identification to ship your products.

Send a Fax Authorization or e-mail Authorization as attached document, containing the following items:

1. Copy of the front and back of credit card.

2. Copy of a picture ID

3. Include the following statement: "I authorize OleBella.com to ship my order to the following (shipping) address, followed by the billing address."

4. A handwritten signature and Fax to: 1-415-532-7090 or as attached document to support@OleBella.com.

Shipping Fees Guideline and Shipping Guarantee:

All shipping fees include postage fees based on carrier option, handling, insurance and signature confirmation cost because all our packages are insured, and signature confirmation is strictly required upon package’s arrival.

Our shipping fees may be costly, but our store can give you a piece of mind and guarantee you will receive your parcel at time, it can be always traceable and securely delivered. Postal Inspectors across the country work hard to protect your mail. But with deliveries to more than 100 million addresses, the Postal Inspection Service can't do the job alone. The U.S. Postal Service reaches every home and business in the country. The vast majority of the mail it delivers arrives intact, but thieves persist in their efforts to steal it, so to guarantee your parcel’s secure delivery, and prevent cyber fraud and theft in transit, we ensure each product and customer signature is strictly required upon package’s arrival to its final destination because your Customer Satisfaction is our Top Priority.

To prevent cyber fraud on the internet, we have surveillance at our store to monitor, record and track the dispatch of ordered product.

 At our store, we monitor record and track the dispatch of each single item, from its name, size, condition of product and its package, packing material in which the product is delivered, name of the customer and product destination/ address. We have record and proof on each dispatch. To be honored with a refund, you need to have a valid proof.

 Detected Cyber Fraud, Mail Theft and other dishonest, unfair purchase techniques are reported to authorities.

 We take very seriously any intention of Cyber Fraud, Mail Theft, and techniques used by dishonest customers to commit fraud, and when we suspect Mail Theft, we report it immediately to a Postal Inspector for Criminal Investigation. So, if you are this kind of customer, we suggest you Don’t Attempt to Do It. All our products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations. All our products shipped from our store are fresh, brand new, sealed in their original manufacturer’s boxes/ packages, unused. In some cases, we can sell testers, samples or unboxed items such as fragrances pulled from our store counter or products on clearance where we will specify in detail the condition of advertised item.

Testers

Testers are even more discounted than the fancy boxed versions and are great if you do not have a need for fancy packaging. Testers are 100% authentic, fresh, and completely full just like the original fragrance, however they are meant for the counter in a department store. Testers often come in a plain white box but sometimes they do not have a cap or box. The savings on the packaging means you save even more! 

Sample, Unboxed & Clearance items:

Unboxed & Clearance items are a great way to save! They are the same as the boxed version, always original, fresh, and authentic. Why are they unboxed or on clearance? Sometimes boxes can be damaged in transit, torn, or in less than perfect condition. We can buy these items cheaper than the boxed versions and we pass the savings on to you. Be sure to take advantage of great unboxed deals! 

If some product’s packaging may contain insignificant wear but the product itself is in excellent condition, we describe carefully each product to avoid misunderstanding.

Damage Claims:

We deliver all our products in excellent and strictly promised condition. We take care of each item delivered. We deliver all our products in very well-packed, secure, packages wrapped with bubbles & foam boxes/ packages where the damage in transit is very rare case at our store.

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify US Shipping Carriers and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials and deliver it back to us for damage claim.

If our store doesn't receive damage proof, the customer cannot be honored with any refund. After notifying us, and having visual damage proof, we immediately will make replacement or exchange of your damaged product.

We don't give refunds on words without visual damage proof, and we make an investigation on each delivered item because we pay insurance fees for shipped products.

You can expect a refund within one billing cycle, after the merchandise is returned and received by our store.

If shipping was free for your order, it will be deducted from your credit card, applying the charge for handling and shipment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

 Cancellations of Shipped Products:

In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they were placed and already delivered. The order cannot be cancelled, if the item was shipped in quality as promised, and its damage was a customer’s negligence. The order cannot be cancelled, if customer “changed a mind” (for example, a competitor's better prize offer) because we are incurring in handling (wrapping) and shipping costs. The customer, to be refunded under the 14 days return policy, should inform us any kind of inconvenience within first day of merchandise reception, because we are tracing the merchandise route, and we are acknowledged about the day of final merchandise destination.
